In cases of heavy rain or downpours, we’ll return within 1 to 2 days to finish the exterior work. Interior windows will always be cleaned on the scheduled day to minimize any disruption to your plans.
It’s a common misconception! Rain doesn’t make clean windows dirty. However, it can make dirty windows look worse if there’s already grime on the surface. In fact, when your windows are properly cleaned, rain can actually help keep them looking fresh for longer.
To put your mind at ease, Blue's offers a 7-Day Rain Guarantee. If you notice any spots or marks after your cleaning, simply give us a call. We’ll return within 2 days to re-clean the affected areas—completely free of charge!

We bring all our own supplies and equipment, so there’s little you need to do. We just ask that you ensure a clear path to the windows and remove any items from the window sills, especially fragile or valuable pieces like antiques.
For larger items, our we're happy to assist with moving them!
